Reservation Requirements for The Birchwood by DMCI
To reserve a unit at The Birchwood by DMCI, please follow these steps and prepare the necessary documents:
- Online Client Registration: Begin by registering online to access our unit holding and reservation portals.
- Valid IDs: Submit copies of government-issued identification to confirm your identity.
- Philippine TIN Number: Have your Tax Identification Number ready, as it is essential for the reservation process.
- Online Reservation Agreement Form: Complete and submit the digital agreement form detailing the reservation’s terms and conditions.
- Reservation Fee: The reservation fee is PHP 20,000 for the unit and PHP 10,000 for parking. This is payable through our online payment gateway using a debit/credit card or BPI Online Banking. Payment can also be made through Cash, GCash, and Dated Check payable to DMCI-PDI.
After reservation, additional requirements include:
- Proof of Billing Address: This should match your preferred billing address.
- Preferred Mode of Payments for the Down Payment: Options include PDCs (Post-Dated Checks) and Auto Debit Arrangement using DMCI-PDI tie-in banks (Bank of Commerce, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, EastWest Bank, PNB, Security Bank, Sterling Bank, UnionBank, Robinsons Bank, Chinabank).
- For International Clients: We offer Bills Payment options through tie-in banks with the DMCI-PDI biller and Remittance through Robinsons Bank Virtual Account.
