Philippine-based clients can hold units for 24 hours, while international clients have a 72-hour holding period. Additionally, the portal provides real-time availability of units for the project, ensuring clients have up-to-date information. By registering, clients can also queue for reopen units if a desired unit is sold out, ensuring they have the opportunity to secure their preferred unit as soon as it becomes available.
Reservation Requirements for Levina Place by DMCI
To reserve a unit at Levina Place by DMCI, please follow these steps and prepare the necessary documents:
- Online Client Registration: Begin by registering online to access our unit holding and reservation portals.
- Valid IDs: Submit copies of government-issued identification to confirm your identity.
- Philippine TIN Number: Have your Tax Identification Number ready, as it is essential for the reservation process.
- Online Reservation Agreement Form: Complete and submit the digital agreement form detailing the reservation’s terms and conditions.
- Reservation Fee: The reservation fee is PHP 20,000 for the unit and PHP 10,000 for parking. This is payable through our online payment gateway using a debit/credit card or BPI Online Banking. Payment can also be made through Cash, GCash, and Dated Check payable to DMCI-PDI.
After reservation, additional requirements include:
- Proof of Billing Address: This should match your preferred billing address.
- Preferred Mode of Payments for the Down Payment: Options include PDCs (Post-Dated Checks) and Auto Debit Arrangement using DMCI-PDI tie-in banks (Bank of Commerce, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, EastWest Bank, PNB, Security Bank, Sterling Bank, UnionBank, Robinsons Bank, Chinabank).
